Established in 1996 by Edwin Luck and Warrick Allwood, Cybernet Evolution was created with a vision to utilise the latest technology in a rapidly changing world to provide the most efficient and productive IT solutions to our clients.

Our aim is to be a single point of contact for all IT related matters and as such we have a wide portfolio of hardware, software, cloud services, consulting and managed service support offerings. We also liaise directly with service, software and hardware vendors to provide a complete IT support solution.

Partnership is the keystone of our success. Not only do we focus on long term partnerships with our clients but also with the manufacturers of products that we sell and support. Our organisation is based in Southport, Gold Coast and provides on-site and remote support to organisations Australia wide. Our technician team is comprised of highly experienced individuals, who have a combined experience of over 150 years. This team is supported by solution architects, project managers and customer support administration staff.

The majority of support and proactive maintenance can be performed remotely via the use of our secure remote management tools. This allows us to be able to respond very quickly to fix a problem you or your staff may have.

To ensure a complete support solution we maintain a workshop for repairs and upgrades, and our technical team are available 24/7/365 for on-site and emergency support.
