Our history...
CyberNet Evolution was formed in 1996 by Warrick Allwood and Edwin Luck. Both directors have extensive experience in the Information Technology industry on the Gold Coast and started CyberNet as a way of indulging their shared passion for the IT Industry. Warrick and Edwin combined their talents and experience and CyberNet Evolution was born. Boasting in-house technical support and software development staff CyberNet now services clients from the Tweed to Brisbane, covering a diverse range of industries. The name “CyberNet Evolution” reflects the company's evolutionary focus, so essential for survival in this rapidly changing industry.
Our future...
CyberNet Evolution continues to grow, reflecting the same exponential growth of this exciting industry. With the move to our new premises in Southport we have a greater capacity for expansion allowing us to increase our technical support and sales team. Cybernet takes pride in striving to remain on the cutting edge of computing evolution and always being able to offer new technologies. |

We believe in working with clients' needs and requests, ensuring friendly positive service and maximum customer satisfaction. We take time in preparing our solutions - to maximise economy and efficiency, while minimising problems and misunderstandings. We believe in keeping our clients well-informed and invite interaction wherever possible to ensure an optimum result.
At CyberNet we believe that the best solution is the one to which the customer can adapt quickly & easily. To this end we will always consider legacy hardware and software retention wherever possible, & aim to provide the smallest disruption to the workplace during installation & maintenance. While we will always endorse the quality and reliability of our own hardware products, we also recognise that new systems are not always an ideal option. Similarly, our upgrade assessment procedure recognises our client’s on-going operational, and immediate financial needs, and will indicate retention of legacy hardware where appropriate.
We believe in providing our clients with a complete service experience at CyberNet. We pride ourselves on honesty, integrity and a commitment to service standards as high as any of our competitors.
